Governments of the cities under the Provincial Government will then pick up travelers bound for the respective cities at the Transfer Base. The passengers will go through another 11-day observation period at designated sites of their destinations, after which they will be released from quarantine upon completing the 14 full days of health observation (3 days in Shanghai and 11 days in Jiangsu).
